• Political consideration in the
  appointment of Board members. 
• Constant/frequent dissolution of
  members of boards 
• Lack of commitment on the part of
  workers.
• Poor condition of service for
  workers of the corporation.
• Inadequate funding of
  corporations 
• Corruption and inefficiency are rampant in
  Government Corporation.
